- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo de fecha 9 de noviembre de 1994, proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ituango, mediante el cual se concedió la acción de tutela interpuesta por Humberto Antonio Macías Carvajal, contra el Secretario de Obras Públicas Departamentales de Antioquia por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ituango, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
