- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. SE CONFIRMA PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del Juzgado
- Cuarto. Superior de Tuluá Valle, del 25 de marzo de 1992, sobre la acción de la referencia.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que defina en concreto los derechos médico asistenciales o relativos a la pensión de invalidez u otra que pudiere corresponderle al actor, en un término de 15 días hábiles a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia.
- Tercero. COMUNIQUESE al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Superior de Tuluá Valle, la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme lo ordena el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, y para que informe a esta Corte sobre el cumplimiento de la orden a que se refiere el numeral anterior, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguiente a la decisión del Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
