- Quinto. Penal del Circuito de Pasto, por no configurarse la legitimación en la causa por activa en los términos referidos en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
