- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio, Sala Civil Laboral, mediante providencia del 21 de febrero de dos mil, y en su defecto TUTELAR el derecho a la vida del accionante, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Saludcoop I.P.S., que le sean entregadas la prótesis de extremidades inferiores al actor y que brindarle la asistencia necesaria para que le sean adaptadas, en los términos del artículo 12 de la Resolución 5261 de 1994, de conformidad con las necesidades del accionante.
- Tercero. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
