- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del 3 de junio de 2004, proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Riohacha (Guajira). En consecuencia, conceder el amparo solicitado por el señor Luis Germán García Villarreal.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. del Instituto de Seguro Social I.S.S. Seccional Guajira, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, proceda a ordenar el efectivo suministro del los medicamentos Lisurida, Sinemet 25/100 y Comkess 20 Cms, por el tiempo y en la dosis prescrita por el médico tratante del señor Luis Germán García Villarreal.
- Tercero. La E.P.S. del Instituto de Seguros Sociales I.S.S. seccional Guajira podrá repetir contra el FOSYGA, por la suma de los dineros invertidos en el cumplimiento de la orden emitida en este fallo.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
