Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
Segundo. Penal Municipal de Cali, Valle, y en consecuencia CONCEDER la tutela a favor del menor Geimer Vladimir Salazar Alvarado.
Segundo. De conformidad con lo anterior, se ORDENA al I.S.S. continuar con el tratamiento a favor del menor Geimer Vladimir Salazar Alvarado y disponer de todas las acciones necesarias para proteger sus derechos a la vida y a la salud.
Tercero. En virtud de la presente sentencia, el I.S.S., en caso de que los padres del menor Geimer Vladimir Salazar Alvarado no hayan cotizado las 100 semanas requeridas por el decreto 806 de 1998, podra repetir en contra del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantia del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, por los costos asumidos en razon del presente tratamiento que correspondan al porcentaje dejado de cancelar por los padres del menor.
