- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Décimo. Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga el 13 de diciembre de 2000 y en consecuencia CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la salud en conexidad con la vida de la menor Sandra Catalina Arenas Melo.
- SEGUNDA : ORDENAR Saludcoop E.P.S. que en el término de 48 horas después de notificada esta sentencia remita a la menor al médico tratante para que este establezca el tratamiento que debe seguirse y consecutivamente se aplique lo determinado por el galeno.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
