- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Pereira, por medio del cual negó el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. Con arreglo al artículo 4 de la Constitución, INAPLICAR en el presente caso, por ser incompatibles con ella, el artículo 15 del Decreto 1938 del 5 de agosto de 1994 y el 12 de la Resolución 5261 del 05 de agosto de 1994, emanada del Ministerio de Salud, así como el artículo 7 del acuerdo 008 del 6 de julio de 1994, adoptado por el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud, o las disposiciones que, con el mismo sentido, los hayan sustituido.
- Tercero. CONCEDER el amparo solicitado y, en consecuencia, ordenar a la "Entidad Promotora de Salud del Risaralda Ltda" que, dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, suministre a CAMILO LOPEZ OSORIO los aparatos ortopédicos que le fueron prescritos por el médico tratante.
- Cuarto. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
