- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 1deg Civil Municipal de Soledad, el 28 de febrero de 2001, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela a favor de MILAGROS DE JESUS GAMARRA GUERRA.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que el Municipio de Soledad, en el termino de diez dias habiles, remita a la accionante a la Clinica General del Norte, en Barranquilla, para que se le practique la operacion ordenada a la senorita Milagros de Jesus Gamarra Guerra, sin que para ello sea necesario presentar el carnet respectivo. Asi mismo se ordena al Municipio de Soledad que informe al Juez de primera instancia sobre el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. APREMIAR a dicho Municipio para que se hagan las diligencias necesarias para la pronta carnetizacion en el Sisben de Milagros de Jesus Guerra Guerra..
- CUARTO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones indicadas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
