- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Barrancabermeja, el 13 de febrero de 2004 y en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo de los derechos a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida del señor Luis Alfredo González.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Secretaría de Salud Municipal de Barrancabermeja para que en un plazo no mayor de quince (15) días hábiles, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, se le asigne una A.R.S. y se garantice que se le realice de manera inmediata, si aún no se hubiere hecho, el tratamiento de Diálisis y haga entrega de los medicamentos requeridos por el señor Luis Alfredo González.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
