- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en primera instancia el 2 de marzo de 1998 por el Juzgado 25 Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, que resolvió la demanda presentada por el señor Vladimir Benítez Bautista, en representación de la fallecida Isolina Imbajoa Zambrano, en contra del Hospital San Juan de Dios de la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá, por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Hospital San Juan de Dios para que en lo sucesivo y atendiendo a las consideraciones consignadas en esta providencia, se abstenga de dilatar la prestación del servicio de salud a las personas que por sus condiciones físicas, sociológicas y económicas requieran atención prioritaria.
