- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga el 29 de mayo de 2002 y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga el 27 de junio del mismo ano.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por la razon senalada de manera precisa en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. DISPONER que por la Secretaria de la Corte, se liberen las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
