- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Barranquilla el cinco (5) de diciembre de dos mil siete (2007) y por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla el once (11) de febrero de dos mil ocho (2008), en el asunto de la referencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
