Derecho a la seguridad social y el minimo vital de persona que solicito al iss el reconocimiento de su pension de jubilacion por haber cumplido los requisitos de tiempo y servicio exigidos pero la entidad se niega a reconocerla por la mora en el pago de la cuota parte de un bono pensional.
Solicita se ordene la expedicion o cancelacion del bono pensional.
El iss expidio resolucion de reconocimiento de la pension y ordeno el pago retroactivo a que tiene derecho la accionante.

- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de términos decretada mediante auto del veintidós (22) de mayo de dos mil seis (2006).
- Segundo. DECLARAR que existe carencia actual de objeto por presentarse un hecho superado, y por esta única razón CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Cartago, (Valle), el dieciocho (18) de noviembre de dos mil cinco (2005) que negó la acción de tutela promovida por la señora Luz Amparo Martínez Berrío.
- Tercero. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
