- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de febrero 20 de 2002, del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Narino, mediante la cual se decidio que no habia lugar a tutelar los derechos del actor por haber cesado su violacion.
- Segundo. NO CONCEDER la accion de tutela de la referencia, por tratarse de un hecho superado.
