R E S U E L V E :
Primero. REVOCAR los numerales
primero. y
segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Salamina (Magdalena), en los que se concedia la tutela solicitada por los senores German Marchena Lozano y Jorge Carreno Yejas, por la supuesta vulneracion de los derechos fundamentales a la libertad de conciencia y la libertad religiosa, y en su lugar NEGAR el amparo solicitado por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR el numeral
tercero. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Salamina (Magdalena), por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, se comunique esta Sentencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Salamina (Magdalena), en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
