Penal Municipal y Dieciocho Penal de Circuito dictadas dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Arnoldo Lozano Bedoya en contra del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Valle del Cauca, por carencia actual de objeto, en virtud de la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Penal, el 7 de junio del presente año mediante la cual dejó sin efectos las providencias mencionadas.
