- Primero. REVOCAR la decisión proferida el 30 de agosto de 2000 por el Juzgado 2 Civil del Circuito de Sogamoso.
- Segundo. Declarar por las razones aducidas la carencia de objeto, por sustracción de materia en el presente caso.
- Tercero. Ordenar que se envíe copia de esta providencia a la Procuraduría Regional de Boyacá para que evalúe la conducta asumida por el representante legal del Instituto de Seguros Sociales - Seccional Boyacá - y establezca las sanciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
