R E S U E L V E
PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 27 de febrero de 1992, proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Ibagué, mediante la cual se denegó la tutela solicitada por la señora NERY CHIQUIZA LAVERDE.
SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por la señora NERY CHIQUIZA LAVERDE, en el sentido de ORDENAR al Director General de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones (CAPRECOM), que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas luego de notificada la presente providencia, ordene llevar a cabo la totalidad de los exámenes médicos necesarios con el fin de determinar si la señora NERY CHIQUIZA LAVERDE requiere ser intervenida quirúrgicamente y, en caso afirmativo, autorizar de manera inmediata la indicada operación, lo cual acreditará inmediatamente después ante la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Ibagué, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones establecidas en los artículos 52 y 53 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Ibagué, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
