- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Armenia, Sala de Decisión Laboral, el 6 de noviembre de 1997 y en su lugar CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Armenia, el 1º de octubre de ese año, aclarando que, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el reconocimiento y el pago a que se refiere la sentencia confirmada sólo operan a partir del 1º de agosto de 1997.
- Segundo. LIBRESE, por Secretaría, la comunicación a la que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
