- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se compulsen sendas copias de esta sentencia y del expediente respectivo, tanto a la Fiscalía General de la Nación como a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, para lo de su competencia
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
