- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 16 Civil del Circuito de Bogota, pero unicamente por causa de la sustraccion de materia que se ha producido a partir de la muerte de la titular de los derechos objeto de la accion de tutela.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria, se compulsen copias de esta sentencia y del expediente respectivo, a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion y a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion, para lo de su competencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines alli contemplados.
