- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Catorce Civil del Circuito de Medellín del 1 de marzo de 2001, que negó el amparo solicitado por Héctor Osmarli Martínez Quintero, pero por las razones expresadas en la parte motiva de este fallo, siempre y cuando se haya realizado la intervención quirúrgica de hernia inguinal izquierda requerida por éste, de lo contrario, ORDENA a Coomeva E.P.S. Regional Medellín que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente decisión, practique dicha cirugía.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
