- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, el 14 de septiembre de 2000, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría, se compulsen copias de esta sentencia y del expediente respectivo, a la Fiscalía General de la Nación y a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para lo de sus competencias.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
