Primero. Declarar que el hecho que origino la tutela ha sido superado y en consecuencia nos encontramos ante una carencia de objeto.
Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se compulsen sendas copias de esta sentencia y del expediente respectivo, tanto a la Fiscalía General de la Nación como a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para lo de su competencia.
Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
