- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de fecha dos (2) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999) del Juzgado Sesenta y Cuatro (64) Penal Municipal de Bogotá, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Raúl Vargas, agente oficioso de su señora madre, Mercedes Vargas Moreno, contra el Seguro Social, Seccional Bogotá.
- Segundo. Por las razones expuestas en las consideraciones, se ordena a la Secretaría compulsar copias de esta sentencia y del expediente respectivo, a la Fiscalía General de la Nación y la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para lo de sus competencias. Estas entidades informarán a la Corte Constitucional sobre el desarrollo y resultado de su respectiva investigación.
- Tercero. Para los efectos expuestos en esta sentencia, remítase copia de ella al señor Defensor del Pueblo y al Director General del Instituto de Seguro Social, para lo correspondiente.
