en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
R E S U E L V E :
Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida dentro del asunto de la referencia por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá D.C., el 27 de noviembre de 2000, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos a la salud y a la vida del señor Ramiro Campos Donoso.
Segundo. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, ORDENAR al Seguro Social la realización inmediata del tratamiento quirúrgico que le fuera ordenado por su médico tratante, siempre que el mismo no se haya realizado.
Tercero. Prevenir al Seguro Social para que, en adelante, preste el servicio de salud en la forma que corresponde al señor Ramiro Campos Donoso, de acuerdo con la ley, hasta que este alcance, de ser posible, su recuperación total y, de no serlo, que le proporcione los auxilios médicos que requiera, para soportar su difícil situación.
Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
