- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Rionegro Antioquia, el dia veintiocho (28) de octubre de dos mil tres (2003) en la cual nego la tutela al senor Carlos Octavio Alvarez Sanchez, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de su derecho fundamental a la salud.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la EPS SALUDCOOP que en el termino de 48 horas proceda a suministrar al paciente el oxigeno en pipetas, de acuerdo a la prescripcion que ha hecho su medico tratante.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
