- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado cuarenta y nueve civil municipal de Bogota, el catorce (14) de mayo de dos mil cuatro (2004). En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo a los derechos a la salud de Ana Luz Dary Hernandez Martinez, quien actuo a traves de agente oficioso.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a Cruz Blanca EPS que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, continue con los tratamientos y procedimientos y brinde los medicamentos que han sido formulados por sus medicos a Ana Luz Dary Hernandez Martinez, para tratar la enfermedad que padece.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
