- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Riohacha, el 26 de septiembre de 2003.
- SEGUNDO. ADVERTIR la EPS CAPRECOM que deberá prestar toda la atención a la enfermedad que sufre el señor Olaya Chavarro, una vez éste haga la solicitud para su tratamiento a la entidad.
- TERCERO. REMITIR copia de esta sentencia a la Superintendencia de Salud para que ésta, dentro de sus órbitas de competencia, vigile el cumplimiento de las normas que amparan el derecho a la seguridad social en salud del actor
- CUARTO. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
