- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, pero por las razones señaladas en esta sentencia, el fallo del 28 de marzo de 2000 del Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Palmira, que negó la tutela solicitada por el peticionario.
- SEGUNDO. Remitir copia de esta sentencia a la Superintendencia de Salud para que ésta, dentro de sus órbitas de competencia, vigile el cumplimiento de las normas que amparan el derecho a la seguridad social en salud del actor
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
