Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia expedida por el Juzgado 31 Penal Municipal de Cali, el 5 de enero de 1999.
Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho a la salud de la demandante en conexión con sus derechos fundamentales a la vida y a la integridad física. Ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, entregue el medicamento Interferón Beta 1b en la dosis recomendada por el médico tratante y practique a Olga Lucía Rivera Rincón la resonancia magnética encefálica que le fue ordenada.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
