  1. Primero. REVOCAR el Fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Planeta Rica, el 6 de septiembre de 1999, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Ana del Cristo Portacio Mercado, José Enrique Herrera Jiménez e Irma Espitaleta Araujo y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Planeta Rica que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, cancele la totalidad de los salarios adeudados a los peticionarios, siempre y cuando cuente con la debida disponibilidad presupuestal. En caso contrario, dentro del mismo término deberá iniciar las gestiones pertinentes que le permitan cumplir lo aquí ordenado, a más tardar en un plazo de tres (3) meses. De todo lo anterior, informará al juzgado de instancia, bajo el apremio de las sanciones legales por desacato.
  3. Tercero. Por Secretaria, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
