- Primero. CONFIRMASE, por las razones expuestas, la Sentencia del 25 de agosto de 1995, proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casación Civil- que a su vez revocó el fallo del Tribunal Superior de Medellín -Sala Tercera de Decisión de Familia-, por cuyo medio había concedido la tutela como mecanismo transitorio.
