El actor alega que Colpensiones vulneró sus derechos fundamentales al negarle el reconocimiento de la pensión de invalidez que le solicitó, argumentando el incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en los conceptos emitidos por la entidad, ni aquellos contemplados en la Ley 860 de 2003.

Se declara la carencia actual de objeto por HECHO SUPERADO, toda vez que la accionada allegó a la Sala copia del acto administrativo mediante el cual concedió al demandante la pensión de vejez que previamente también le había negado.

PRIMERO. REVOCAR la providencia proferida el 9 de noviembre de 2017 por el Juzgado
Noveno. Laboral del Circuito de Bogota; y, en su lugar, DECLARAR LA CARENCIA ACTUAL DE OBJETO POR HECHO SUPERADO, como consecuencia del reconocimiento por parte de Colpensiones de la pension de vejez a favor de Jesus Ernesto Velasquez Serrano.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
