Derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida digna de afiliada a quien su medico tratante le formulo audifonos elemento no pos que la entidad se niega a suministrar.
Solicta se ordene el suministro de los elementos formulados.
El derecho a la salud prevalece sobre cualquier condicion o excusa de las entidades promotoras que impida a una persona de la tercera edad el suministro de un procedimiento medico excluido del pos pero indispensable para garantizarle una existencia digna.

- Segundo. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en este Fallo la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayan, el 23 de julio de 2004, y en su lugar CONFIRMAR la decision del 11 de junio de 2004, por medio de la cual el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Popayan concede el amparo del derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida digna, de la senora Teresa Navarro Zamora.
- Tercero. Librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
