- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Medellín y, en su lugar, CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 12 de septiembre del mismo año dictada por el Juzgado 26 Penal Municipal de Medellín, que concedió la tutela impetrada.
- Segundo. Líbrese por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
