- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de 28 de abril de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Neiva, por medio de la cual se tutelaron los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad, a la vida y a la salud de la señora Belinda Flórez de Guevara.
- Segundo. ADVERTIR a la E.P.S. SaludCoop E.P.S. que le asiste el derecho de repetir lo que pague en cumplimiento de la orden emitida en esta sentencia, ante la cuenta respectiva del FOSYGA, que deberá reconocer ese valor dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes al del envío de la cuenta de cobro correspondiente.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
