RESUELVE:
Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 145 de la Ley 446 de 1998, únicamente por los cargos estudiados en esta providencia, y siempre y cuando se entienda que, de conformidad con el fundamento 16 de esta sentencia, las funciones allí atribuidas a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio deben ejercerse por funcionarios que gocen de independencia e imparcialidad.
