- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES los artículos 1º, 7º inciso
- segundo. y 9º de la Ley 73 de 1993.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 2º de la Ley 73 de 1993, salvo la expresión "de acuerdo con las facultades de suprimir, fusionar y crear cargos otorgadas al Contralor General de la República por el artículo 56 de la ley 42 de 1993", la cual es declarada INEXEQUIBLE.
- TERCERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES, pero únicamente por las razones expresamente estudiadas en esta sentencia, los artículos 4º, 5º, 6º, 7º inciso primero, 8º, 10º, 11º, 12º. 13º y 14º de la Ley 73 de 1993
- CUARTO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES el artículo 3º de la Ley 73 de 1993 y el parágrafo del artículo 56 de la Ley 42 de 1993.
