Los funcionarios que hayan sido objeto de indemnización o bonificación en virtud de la presente Ley, no podrán vincularse nuevamente a la Contraloría General de la República antes de cinco (5) años de su desvinculación a menos que el nuevo ingreso se haga mediante concurso público para cargos de carrera administrativa o sea elegido Contralor General de la República.
