Facúltase al Contralor General de la República por un plazo no mayor de 120 días contado a partir de la fecha de sanción de la presente Ley, para que pueda adelantar conciliación en materia laboral, con aquellos funcionarios y empleados que habiendo sido desvinculados de entidad ente el primero (1°) de enero de 1993 y la fecha de sanción de la presente Ley y cuyo cargo se suprima en la reestructuración hubieren iniciado acción ordinaria de reclamación, ante la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo.
