Los funcionarios y empleados públicos de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan sido indemnizados o hayan recibido bonificación por efecto de la presente Ley, podrán ser vinculados a la entidad donde haya ejercido el control fiscal o a cualquier entidad pública, entendiéndose la nueva vinculación diferente y con solución de continuidad.
