- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Laboral de Cali, el 25 de noviembre de 2002, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas (48), el Instituto de Seguros Sociales debera proferir las actuaciones administrativas correspondientes, para el pago oportuno de las mesadas pensionales de la solicitante MARIA INES TABORDA DE MIRANDA, incluyendola en nomina, si es que aun no lo ha hecho.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
