- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias del Juzgado Cincuenta Civil Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá (de 25 de noviembre de 1994) y del Juzgado 19 Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad (de 9 de febrero de 1995).
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela y, consecuencialmente, ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que en el término de 48 horas continúe pagando a Carlos Alfonso Adams Ordóñez la sustitución pensional que motivó la presente tutela y se le cancelen las mesadas debidas.
- TERCERO. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- CUARTO. Envíese copia de esta sentencia al Defensor del Pueblo.
- QUINTO. El Juzgado de primera instancia vigilará el cumplimineto de este fallo.
