- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, con fundamento en los argumentos expuestos en esta Sentencia, pero advirtiendo al I.S.S. que debe cumplir con fundamento en el principio de la continuidad del servicio publico con sus obligaciones medico-asistenciales surgidas en virtud de un contrato interadministrativo.
