PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Cinco Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota el 4 de junio de 1993, y, consecuencialmente la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota, que confirmo la anterior, de fecha 10 de diciembre de 1993.
SEGUNDO. Conceder la tutela de derecho a la Pension de Sobrevivientes por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia y con las advertencias alli consignadas y conminar a JOAQUIN ROBERTO SOLANO SOLANO, propietario de la Hacienda La Conejera, para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga en incurrir en la omision de no cancelar la pension de sobrevivientes (antes sustitucion pensional) en favor de ODILIA VALDERRAMA VDA. DE RAMIREZ.
TERCERO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 35 Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota, a la Presidente del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, a la senora Odilia Valderrama Vda. de Ramirez, al senor Joaquin Roberto Solano Solano y al Defensor del Pueblo.
