- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Cali, que negaron la protección de los derechos invocados por la señora CARMEN OVIDIA BENITEZ DE MACHADO (T-791018) y por el señor MARCO TULIO VALENCIA (T-791048). En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho de petición de ambos accionantes.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al Seguro Social Seccional Cali, que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia proceda a pronunciarse de fondo sobre el objeto de las peticiones elevadas por la señora CARMEN OVIDIA BENITEZ DE MACHADO y el señor MARCO TULIO VALENCIA.
- Quinto. PREVENIR al Seguro Social Seccional Valle del Cauca para que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en actuaciones que vulneran los derechos fundamentales de sus afiliados.
