- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 7 de Febrero de 2003 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Medellin, que nego el amparo solicitado por la senora Luz Amparo Restrepo Gonzalez. En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela solicitada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, proceda a resolver de fondo la peticion formulada por la demandante el 21 de agosto de 2002.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
