  1. Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Soledad, Atlantico el treinta (30) de marzo de 2007, y por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, el veintidos (22) de mayo de 2007, y en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo del derecho de peticion de Lira Luz Ramirez Restrepo.
  2. Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales - Seccional Atlantico, que dentro de los dos dias siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, de respuesta de fondo a la peticion presentada por la accionante y, en consecuencia, entregue una copia completa e integral de su historia clinica.
  3. Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
